Boston Blinds Guarantee - Information On Our Standards
We guarantee to take the upmost care to ensure your blinds are manufactured to ensure we meet the best possible standards; our key aim is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All our products are manufactured to exacting standards and our assurance is that should there be any defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair the defective part, or replace the defective part without charge. We will only repair or replace the defective parts without charge, providing that the product that Boston Blinds has provided has not been subject to any misuse or any negligence.
We provide a 3 year guarantee consisting of a standard 1 year manufacturers warranty and our Boston Blinds 2 year extended guarantee. This means that if any of the components fail within the 3 years from the order date, we will replace these free of charge.
